Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! To ensure your satisfaction, we have created the following Return Policy, which aims to provide transparency and clarity regarding returns, refunds, and warranties.

1. Return Due to Manufacturing Defect

  • The customer has up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to notify our team about any defects or damages that may have occurred during shipping or manufacturing.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must report the issue immediately, preferably at the time of delivery, so that we can arrange for an exchange or repair of the product at no additional cost.

2. Return Due to Change of Mind

  • The customer has up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product to request a return for a change of mind.
  • To return the product due to change of mind, the product must be returned unused and in the same condition it was sent, with the original packaging and all accessories included.
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product.

3. After the 14-Day Period

  • After 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product, it will no longer be possible to request a refund due to change of mind or defect.
  • After this period, the customer will still have the product warranty, which covers manufacturing defects or technical failures, but there will be no option for a refund or exchange for change of mind.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will only be processed after the product has been received and inspected.
  • A refund will be issued only if the product is in perfect condition and in the same condition it was sent. If the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, the refund will be denied.
  • We do not issue any return tickets. The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our service center and will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • The refund will be processed according to the original payment method used during the purchase, after the product condition is verified.

5. Warranty

  • For products with defects, after the return period for change of mind or defect has passed, the warranty will be in effect. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, and the solution will either be an exchange or repair of the item, based on our technical team's assessment.
